Denní hlášení – 23. září 2026
Slunce – Náčelník se převlékl za Supermana
Sluneční aktivita dnes mírně zesílila. Ráno měl Solar Activity Index hodnotu 2,5, odpoledne 2,6. Během dne byly zaznamenány dvě malé erupce třídy C: C1.3 s maximem v 06:21 UTC a C1.6 s maximem v 11:31 UTC. Pravděpodobnost erupcí byla večer 65 % pro C, 20 % pro M a 1 % pro X.
Geomagnetická situace přitom zůstala velmi klidná. NOAA index se během dne posunul pouze z 0+ na 1−, stejně jako Kp. Sluneční vítr se prakticky nepohnul – ráno 288 km/s, večer 289 km/s.
V rentgenovém grafu zůstává přibližně tříhodinová mezera ve včerejším záznamu kolem poledne. V protonovém grafu se včerejší výpadek dnes neopakoval. Bereme je proto zatím pouze jako mezery v datech, nikoli jako fyzikální jev.
Sluneční portrét ovšem dostal nový charakter. Po několika dnech, kdy Náčelník vypadal jako Scarface, se dnes odpoledne přes jeho tvář rýsuje výrazné S.
Náčelník se nám převlékl za Supermana. 😎🌞
Etna – nová temně zelená celta
Po výpadku na začátku měsíce pokračuje Etna ve svém poměrně pravidelném denním režimu, dnes však změnila vzhled pozadí. Celta přešla do temně zelené.
S postupujícím dnem nastoupil známý trojšev a objevilo se několik výraznějších červených jehel. Odpoledne se záznam naopak poněkud uklidnil a jehel ubylo.
Žádný zásadní zlom tedy nevidíme – spíše další variantu režimu, který Etna drží už několik dní.
Etna 1 – trojšev, dvojjehla a jedna pořádná jehla
Ráno začínal graf čistě. Po 04:00 se postupně objevoval trojšev.
Kolem 04:45 následovala žlutá dvojjehla, vyrůstající z trojšvu a sahající přibližně ke 40 Hz. Asi o patnáct minut později, kolem 05:00, přišla výrazná rudá jehla přes celý graf.
Zajímavá zůstává také linka 50 Hz. Nepůsobí jako rovná ostrá čára, ale je rozmazaná a jako by vibrovala.
Etna i Etna 1 jsou součástí dnešního obrazového souboru.
Tomsk – modro, srst a tři zesílení
Tomsk pokračoval v modrém režimu posledních dní. Na základní frekvenci zůstával zelený pruh a těsně nad ní se táhl známý proužek srsti, který byl nejlépe patrný při zesílení šumu.
Během dne jsme zaznamenali tři výraznější úseky. První trval přibližně 10:00–12:30, přičemž mezi 11:30 a 12:00 se objevily vertikální pruhy se zlatým šumem. Druhé zesílení přišlo přibližně 16:30–17:30. Poslední krátká epizoda následovala mezi 21:00–21:30, tentokrát se zlatou vertikálou směřující k základní frekvenci.
Jinak zůstal graf převážně modrý. Tomsk je v dnešním souboru opět zachycen samostatně.
Cumiana – dnes už skoro ani věčný plamínek
Cumiana dnes nepředvedla prakticky nic.
Dokonce i náš věčný plamínek jako by měl ucpaný přívod – během dne se objevoval pouze místy. Po výrazném 18. září tak pokračuje několikadenní období mimořádně klidného záznamu.
Možná bude nakonec opravdu potřeba zavolat plynaře. 😂
Windy – islandská níže se odstěhovala
Na severní polokouli se tlaková mapa výrazně přestavěla. Výrazné tlakové níže se nacházely nad Aljaškou, oblastí Špicberků a mořem Laptěvů.
Dosavadní islandská níže se přesunula do středu Atlantiku, kde zamotala izobary do nápadného fialového klubka s bílo-modrým obvodem. Ve všech těchto oblastech byla patrná výraznější větrná aktivita.
Oproti předchozím dnům se tak změnilo především rozmístění hlavních tlakových útvarů, nikoli pouze jejich intenzita.
Blesky – aktivita znovu zesílila
Po včerejším útlumu dnes bleskové aktivity opět přibylo.
V Americe byly bouřky patrné v Atlantiku, Mexickém zálivu, na jihovýchodním i západním pobřeží. Dnes se výrazněji přidala také Jižní Amerika – Venezuela a Kolumbie.
V Evropě byla aktivita především kolem Černého moře a v oblasti rusko-ukrajinského pomezí. V Africe byly bouřky rozptýlené přes saharské státy i rovníkovou oblast. V Asii vznikl výraznější pás od severu Filipín přes okolí Tchaj-wanu až k Japonsku.
Trhy
Večerní data přinesla BDI 3432, VIX 14,93 a Fear & Greed 36 – Fear. Proti ranním hodnotám 3399, 14,64 a 34 jde o mírný posun, nikoli o dramatickou změnu.
Závěr
září byl celkově klidnější den, ale nikoli úplně prázdný.
Náčelník přidal dvě malé erupce C a Solar Activity Index nepatrně vzrostl. Geomagnetické indexy přesto zůstaly nízko a sluneční vítr byl klidný. Etna pokračovala ve známém denním režimu, jen v nové temně zelené celtě. Etna 1 přidala výraznou ranní jehlu a Tomsk zůstal převážně modrý se třemi časově ohraničenými zesíleními. Cumiana naopak téměř vyhasla.
Windy ukázalo přestavbu tlakových útvarů severní polokoule a blesková aktivita po včerejším poklesu opět zesílila.
A žádnou z těchto změn zatím není důvod násilně spojovat do jediného vysvětlení.
Prozatím víme, co se stalo. Ještě nevíme, proč.
Co? – zapisujeme.
Proč? – ověřujeme.
Co bude dál? – sledujeme.
A Náčelníka budeme sledovat obzvlášť. Když si po Scarfaceovi pořídil na čelo Supermanovo S, nerad bych zjistil, že zítra začne létat. 😎🌞📡

Sun – the Chief has dressed up as Superman
Solar activity strengthened slightly today. The Solar Activity Index stood at 2.5 in the morning and 2.6 in the afternoon. Two small C-class flares were recorded during the day: C1.3, peaking at 06:21 UTC, and C1.6, peaking at 11:31 UTC. By evening, the flare probabilities were 65% for C-class, 20% for M-class and 1% for X-class.
Geomagnetic conditions nevertheless remained very quiet. The NOAA index moved only from 0+ to 1− during the day, as did Kp. The solar wind barely changed at all – 288 km/s in the morning and 289 km/s in the evening.
The X-ray graph still contains an approximately three-hour gap in yesterday’s record around noon. The gap seen yesterday in the proton graph did not reappear today. For now, we therefore treat these simply as gaps in the data, not as a physical phenomenon.
The solar portrait, however, acquired a new character. After several days in which the Chief looked like Scarface, this afternoon a prominent S appeared across his face.

Etna – a new dark-green canopy
Following the outage at the beginning of the month, Etna continues in its relatively regular daily regime, although today the background changed appearance. The canopy turned dark green.
As the day progressed, the familiar triple seam appeared, accompanied by several stronger red needles. During the afternoon, the record became somewhat calmer again and the number of needles decreased.
There was therefore no major break in behaviour – rather another variation of the regime Etna has maintained for several days.
Etna 1 – triple seam, double needle and one proper needle
The graph started clean in the morning. After 04:00, the triple seam gradually began to appear.
At around 04:45, a yellow double needle emerged from the triple seam and reached approximately 40 Hz. About fifteen minutes later, around 05:00, a prominent red needle crossed the entire graph.
The 50 Hz line also remains interesting. Instead of appearing as a sharp straight line, it is blurred and seems to vibrate.
Both Etna and Etna 1 are included in today’s image set.
Tomsk – blue, fur and three intensifications
Tomsk continued in the blue mode seen over the past few days. A green band remained along the fundamental frequency, while just above it ran the familiar strip of fur, becoming most visible whenever the noise intensified.
Three stronger periods were recorded during the day. The first lasted approximately from 10:00 to 12:30, with vertical stripes and golden noise appearing between 11:30 and 12:00. A second intensification occurred around 16:30–17:30. The final short episode followed between 21:00 and 21:30, this time with a golden vertical structure reaching the fundamental frequency.
Otherwise, the graph remained predominantly blue. Tomsk is again included separately in today’s image set.
Cumiana – today even the eternal flame is struggling
Cumiana produced practically nothing today.
Even our eternal flame seems to have a blocked supply line – it appeared only intermittently during the day. Following the dramatic activity of September 18, Cumiana thus continues through several days of exceptionally quiet recording.
Perhaps we really will have to call the gas fitter. 😂
Windy – the Icelandic low has moved out
The pressure map over the Northern Hemisphere underwent a noticeable rearrangement. Major low-pressure systems were located over Alaska, the Svalbard region and the Laptev Sea.
The former Icelandic low moved into the middle of the Atlantic, where it tangled the isobars into a conspicuous purple ball with a white-and-blue rim. Stronger winds were evident in all of these regions.
Compared with previous days, the main change was therefore in the distribution of the major pressure systems, rather than merely in their intensity.
Lightning – activity increases again
After yesterday’s decline, lightning activity increased again today.
In the Americas, thunderstorms were visible over the Atlantic, the Gulf of Mexico, and along both the southeastern and western coasts. South America – particularly Venezuela and Colombia – also became noticeably more active today.
In Europe, activity was concentrated mainly around the Black Sea and the Russia–Ukraine border region. In Africa, thunderstorms were scattered across Saharan countries as well as equatorial regions. In Asia, a more pronounced band stretched from north of the Philippines, past Taiwan, and towards Japan.
Markets
Evening data showed the BDI at 3432, VIX at 14.93 and Fear & Greed at 36 – Fear. Compared with the morning readings of 3399, 14.64 and 34 respectively, this represents a modest shift rather than a dramatic change.
Conclusion
September 23 was a relatively quiet day overall, but certainly not an empty one.
The Chief produced two small C-class flares and the Solar Activity Index edged slightly higher. Geomagnetic indices nevertheless remained low and the solar wind was calm. Etna continued its familiar daily regime, only under a new dark-green canopy. Etna 1 added a prominent morning needle, while Tomsk remained predominantly blue with three clearly defined periods of intensification. Cumiana, by contrast, almost went out completely.
Windy showed a rearrangement of the pressure systems across the Northern Hemisphere, while lightning activity increased again after yesterday’s decline.
For now, there is no reason to force any of these changes into a single explanation.
For now, we know what happened. We still do not know why.

What comes next? – We watch.
And we will be keeping a particularly close eye on the Chief. After Scarface, he has now acquired Superman’s S – and I would rather not discover tomorrow that he has started flying. 😎🌞📡
