The Oracle

Events are occurring very rapidly.

Careful reading around the news and on the Internet will reveal the 'status quo' is shifting.  The financial structures of the last 300 years or so are being challenged and proving to be paper tigers. The tottering financial situation, the drums of distant wars, whistleblower revelations, and the crisis of many forced to be refugees, suggest current power structures are cracking.

Delphi was the place in Ancient Greece where kings and individuals would go to seek advice from the oracle at times of great change or challenge.  When they entered, the message that confronted them was Man, Know Thyself.

In a trance the priestesses dedicated to this prophetic work, would become the mouthpiece of Apollo.  What was said often had ambiguity, because truth has a paradoxical mode when it is dealing with individual and group destiny.

There is much we can learn from how the Ancients, in their wisdom, saw the world, for our civilisation is based on the great traditions they laid down. This site is dedicated to wisdom old and new.  Too much of the new age teachings offered in books and on the web is taken in blind faith.  And too many of these teachings are ignored entirely by the main stream.  Here we will avoid being too credulous but will also offer for our readers a selection of the most interesting sign-post channellings and interviews, as well as reflections on how Ancient Wisdom is vital to an understanding of current events.
